nga whanaunga.

When I was young I would spend heaps of my holiday time at all my

anau's situated in many areas throughout Te ika-a-Maui (north Island).
From Maungaturoto in the North. Wairoa and, Ruatoria on the east coast.
Was this a fiendish plan of my parents. All'n'all it seems to have worked
out all for the good. I still have strong whanau bonds with all my whanau
now!

To be more descriptive I have very strong bonds with all my whanau.

My first experience of motion sickness

My first experience of motion sickness.  Being a teen my first experience as a teen this phemenon was on the back of the back of the mokai truck.

Thursday, 2 May 2013

now looking back at my secondary school years they were some of happiest times of my life now in retrospect.  I was sent to boarding school inistially being homeboy. I hated it. But as the days slowly rolled into months, and the months rolled into years four years to be exact.

Three years iiniatly, then I left  went back to my local high school then I got a job  at the local freezing works with my dad earned enough dosh I decided to return to  Wesley to play rugby and to enjoy myself. And that I did. Oblivious to all the troubles in  the world. A selfish viewpoint you may think. Well what can one say youthful exuberence.

I'm writing this particular peice on Auckland because I was there.
Where you may ask yourself. The queen street riots. Why have I chosen this media piece to comment on. Its because present with good work with the MANA party co-leader taukuta(doctor) Pita Sharples. The reason I've chosen this peice to comment on is, Pita Sharples is constantly in the news. As a kiwi voter I would vote for him. Seeing this maori leader under pressure in a situation that being unfamiliar to him and handling himself, in a way befitting to a person of his status.

MY  GOLDEN MEMORIES AS A PPK.

At the time as a PPK my memories were an indelible part of my physce as a paru pa kid.
At the time they may not have seemed significant to me.
But in essence in actual fact,I was witnessing history.
With names such asTumokai Katipa, 99and the renowned kaumatua with names such as Rua Cooper,
Pumi Taituha.
All those names have haere ki tua o te arai. Translated it means beyond the veil of death, which means they have died.

All the bullshit this young PPK spoke. This young PPK tryed spinning back in the day.

Like when I was young. There I was, a PPK down the pa(marae) hoping to hook up with my other freinds.

Like one monday arriving at school to the shocking news that one of my PP
K buds hung himself. There we were, all stunned by the news. I distinctly
recall arriving at school one monday morning to the news that the teams
star had committed suicide.
